Cotton Unit
The Cotton Unit is the heart of the processing house. It consist of
74 dyeing machine and 20 finishing machines. Aayush Tex dye has a dedicated department for
white cotton, top dyed cotton and cross dyeing. This helps in achieving maximum output whilst
maintaining quality.
Synthetic Unit
The company earned its reputation in the market by its Synthetic unit which
started in 2003. Aayush Tex dye focuses on local as well as processing export fabrics in its
synthetic
unit. The unit consists of 33 dyeing machines and 11 finishing machines.
Laboratory
Aayush Tex dye has two state of the art Laboratories. The dedicated cotton and
synthetic unit lab provides clients with detailed sampling in order to perfect the quality as
expected.
Besides sampling, thorough quality checks are done after each step in the process in order to have
zero defects in production. The Lab provides detailed reports on the Colour and Whiteness index
through the spectrophotometer.
Effluent Treatment Plant
The state of the art Effluent Treatment Plant is designed and built by the
famous Singaporean company EcoTex. Aayush Tex Dye believes in doing its best to protect the
environment by reusing the water it uses.
The water almost has zero liquid discharge which keeps the environment and the locality clean.
